Having worked extensively across Government business for many years, Greg was given the brief to promote 4 key priority recruitment jobs in the Royal Australian Air Force. The solution, driven by Greg and the team at MCM Media, was a partnership which featured a promotional activation designed to highlight key jobs and and generate leads from a tightly targeted audience. The tactic called for future Air Force recruits to take a virtual mission to test their skills for a chance to get behind the controls of an Air Force flight simulator plus win some real life experience with 15 hours of flight training to get them 'solo'. It was truly the ultimate flight prize and drove incredible results.
